Key Responsibilities
Reviewing and accurately calculating mortgage payoff and reinstatement figures
Preparing and validating payoff, post-judgment, and reinstatement correspondence
Handling inquiries from borrowers, clients, and third parties regarding payoff and reinstatement letters
Maintaining and updating client systems while ensuring documentation is complete and accurate
Initiating and tracking processes within client systems to support timely execution
Ensuring all calculations comply with FDCPA standards and applicable state regulations
Qualifications
High school diploma required; a degree in finance or accounting is preferred
2 years of experience in mortgage servicing or financial services is preferred but not required
Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
