Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who is personable, confident, and enjoys engaging with people. The primary responsibility is going door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to speak with homeowners about upcoming projects or work they may need done. No construction experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Visit local neighborhoods and engage homeowners in conversation
- Identify potential project needs (repairs, upgrades, exterior work, etc.)
- Gather homeowner contact information and schedule follow-up appointments
- Represent the company professionally at all times
- Report leads and daily activity to the team
Requirements
- Comfortable with door-to-door outreach
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and self-motivated work style
- Ability to work part-time hours, typically afternoons/evenings or weekends
