Job Overview

* Work 4-5 hours per week on Wednesday Mornings ONLY from 9am-1pm
(Once off probation the day could be moved from Wed to Mon or Tues)
* You will be working alone with minimal supervision
(After special events or during holiday times , you may need to work until 2pm)
* Would like applicant to start ASAP! Training will be on Mondays for approx. 4-5 weeks.
* MUST SPEAK BASIC ENGLISH
We are seeking a Dedicated, Detail-Oriented, Janitor/Professional Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation and orderliness in a 3 Large Story building (14,436 sq ft) Where several RELIGIOUS organizations meet. (Must be professional and respectful)
-Starting pay is $18.00-20.00 based on your Professional Cleaning Experience After 6-9 month probation period you can get a .10 -.50 cents raised based on your performance.
NOTE :
*Main office For D&P Cleanerz LLC is located in Brooklyn, MD 21225. You will rarely need to come to this location
*Location is on the 3000 Block of North Charles Street- Cross street 32nd

*Paid Weekly (1099-NEC)
Experience:
- Commercial-Janitorial Cleaning: 1-2 year minimum (Required)
- Residential : 1 year minimum (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning (Dusting, Sanitizing, Vacuuming) of Front Lobby, Main Office, Several Offices, Playroom, Meeting Rooms
- Sanitize 3 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 kitchenette and other high-touch areas to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- *Thorough Cleaning of Dining Room Hall*Thorough Cleaning of the Sanctuary
- Conduct floor care including vacuuming, dust mopping, and mopping, to maintain the appearance of all surfaces. Empty all trash.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning duties.
Skills
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices in various environments such as hotels or offices.
- Ability to launder items effectively while maintaining quality standards.
- Previous experience in custodial work or housekeeping management is a plus.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards in all tasks performed.
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team in a medium-paced environment.
