PT- Fridays Evening (Only)/ Professional Janitor

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Professional Housekeeper/Janitor to join our Growing Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in a Children's Behavioral Center (Doctors Office) ensuring that all areas meet high standards of sanitizing.
-This is a small office around 1,000 sq feet
-If you desire more hours and perform your duties, you can later be moved to another office with more hours.
-Starting pay is $18.00-$18.50 (depending on experience) after your 6 month probation period you can get a .10 -.50 cents raised based on your performance.
-$17 per hour for 3-4 week training

NOTE : *Prefer someone with a car so you can drive to the Doctor's Office location (Your basically alone at night)
*Car is also preferred just in case you would need to take home some equipment.
*Main office For D&P Cleanerz is located in Brooklyn, MD 21225. You will rarely need to come to this location

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning (Dusting, Sanitizing, Vacuuming) of Front Lobby, Reception Station, Doctors Office, 5 Session Rooms, 1 Play Room , 1 Therapist room, 1 Storage Closet.
• Sanitize 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, and other high-touch areas to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Conduct floor care including vacuuming & mopping, to maintain the appearance of all surfaces. Empty all trash.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning duties.

Skills

• Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices in various environments such as hotels or offices.
• Ability to launder items effectively while maintaining quality standards.
• Previous experience in custodial work or housekeeping management is a plus.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards in all tasks performed.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
