What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry Specialist position at Diamonds International?
Diamonds International is looking for a Data Entry Specialist!
This is a great opportunity for someone to attain data processing in the luxury jewelry industry, while utilizing their data entry and clerical skills! Clerical duties include being responsible for accuracy and efficiency throughout data entry processing.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Performs data entry/data control using GSI, or excel
- Creating Purchase Orders’ and creating style number (or sku when needed)
- Entering all information into systems (this includes: description, class, carat weight, color, clarity, etc.)
- Transfer sku confirmation
- Prepare and analyze commission reports
- Support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting requirements
- Ongoing report/spreadsheet development for the inventory department
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree and higher
- Mathematical acumen
- 1-2 years previous experience with financial record keeping /data entry experience
- Intermediate excel skills
- Excellent communication
- Organizational skills
- Attention to detail
