About the Role:
We’re seeking a licensed real estate professional who’s equal parts strategic, creative, and relational — someone who thrives on innovation, takes initiative, and drives business growth. You’ll lead our marketing efforts, amplify our listings, and help cultivate meaningful client connections that fuel long-term success.
The Marketing Coordinator assists the team in generating new business from strategic, purposeful research and activity within the appropriate social media, web and real estate channels and platforms. They will increase brand recognition within our current market and improve internet search rankings to increase traffic for new business. This role requires anticipation, passion, initiative and curiosity so that we deliver the highest level of internal and external customer service.
Success will depend on ability to prioritize, self-direct, self-discipline and be active in continuous learning within the marketing and real estate industries.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute marketing strategy and leverage our listings from concept to launch.
- Manage and grow brand presence on social media.
- Create SEO-optimized digital content and campaigns.
- Coordinate listing prep, photography, and promotional assets.
- Manage CRM system client nurture campaigns.
- Identify new business and community engagement opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional client service throughout every transaction.
- Track results and refine marketing strategies based on analytics.
Ideal Candidate:
- Active Oregon real estate license ideal with RMLS experience
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Skilled in Canva, Google Workspaces and social media.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital ads, AI and real estate CRM systems a plus.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
