Duties
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management, and bar stock replenishment
- Manage payroll, cash handling, Toast systems, and cashiering activities with accuracy and integrity
- Implement promotional campaigns to maximize sales
- Conduct interviewing and hiring processes for new staff members while ensuring employee orientation aligns with company standards
- Monitor inventory control procedures to prevent loss and ensure accurate stock levels through regular audits
Qualifications
- Proven management experience within the night club industry, including supervising teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques, inventory management, POS systems, and merchandising principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, customer service excellence, and conflict resolution
- Basic math skills for cash handling, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and retail math calculations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively through strong organizational skills and time management
