Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Associate for full-time or part-time employment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist clients with jewelry purchases
- Process transactions using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising
- Handle basic administrative tasks using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Create and edit basic marketing materials using Photoshop (a plus)
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
Qualifications:
- Retail or sales experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with POS systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Photoshop experience preferred
- Jewelry knowledge is a plus
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
