Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Engagement: Welcome and assist patrons, ensuring a positive and vibrant atmosphere.
- Ticketing and Entry: Efficiently handle ticketing, check-ins, and crowd control to ensure a smooth entry process.
- Cash Handling: Proficiently handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and reconcile cash drawers.
- Parking Coordination: Parking enforcement must coordinate with event organizers to understand parking requirements, designated parking areas, and any restrictions or special instructions for event attendees, vendors, and participants.
- Traffic Control: Directing traffic flow to manage congestion and ensure safe entry and exit from parking areas.
- Food Service: Assist with food service, including taking orders, serving, and maintaining cleanliness at food stations.
- Merchandise Sales: Provide information on artist merchandise and assist with merchandise sales, processing transactions.
- Bar Support: Collaborate with the bar and kitchen staff to ensure timely service, maintain cleanliness, and uphold quality standards.
- Crowd Management: Foster a safe and enjoyable environment by monitoring crowd behavior and addressing any issues promptly.
- Set-Up and Breakdown: Assist with event set-up and breakdown, including stage preparations, food station setup, and venue cleanup.
- Customer Assistance: Provide information about the venue, upcoming events, and food offerings to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Cash Handling Experience: Proficiency in handling cash transactions, processing payments accurately, and reconciling cash drawers.
- Food Service Experience: Prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with patrons and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing event requirements.
- Team Player: Collaborative spirit with a willingness to work alongside diverse event staff and artists.
- Reliability: Punctuality and commitment to assigned shifts and responsibilities.

- 21 years old: Due to the nature of the venue, applicants must be at least 21 years old.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
