POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- 2 years of experience handling multi-line phone systems in an office or receptionist environment
- 1 years of experience with accounts receivable, invoicing, or billing
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior experience in manufacturing or a related industry
CORE DUTIES
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Assist customers with orders, product inquiries, and service requests
- Ensure a professional and welcoming front-office environment
- Process customer payments, invoices, and follow up on outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate customer account records and assist with billing inquiries
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure smooth financial transactions
- Sort and route mail, correspondence, and packages
- Maintain and update the company webstore, ensuring product listings and information are accurate
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including document preparation, faxing, and mailing
- Maintain an organized and professional front office space
- Support internal teams with administrative and customer-related tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned
HOURS
- 1st shift position
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Overtime as needed
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Candidates that accept an offer of employment will be required to pass a background, credit, and drug screen. Candidates must also meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.
