About Us
Diamond Years is a licensed medical adult day care center in Haledon, NJ. Our seniors spend their day with us enjoying activities, physical therapy, meals, and each other's company. Getting them here safely and on time is where you come in.
What You'll Do
- Drive seniors between their homes and our center on set routes across Paterson and nearby North Jersey towns
- Help clients get in and out of the vehicle safely, including clients who use walkers or wheelchairs
- Be friendly, patient, and respectful with every client and their families
- Keep to your route schedule and report delays or problems right away
- Do quick daily vehicle checks and keep the van clean
- Fill out simple trip logs
What We're Looking For
- A valid NJ driver's license (no CDL needed)
- A clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable, on time, and good with people. Experience with seniors is a plus
- Knowing the Paterson area is a plus
- Spanish speakers encouraged to apply
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- No nights or weekends
Pay
- $16–$18 per hour
