We specialize in natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, engagement rings, wedding bands, fine gold jewelry, sterling silver, watches, custom jewelry, repairs, and exceptional customer service.
We are seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and create an outstanding customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Coach, train, and develop team members through ongoing feedback and performance management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Assist customers with engagement rings, bridal jewelry, luxury watches, and fine jewelry purchases.
- Increase average transaction value through effective product recommendations and upselling.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening, closing, scheduling, and cash handling.
- Monitor inventory, special orders, and merchandise presentation.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a luxury shopping experience.
- Track sales performance and prepare reports for ownership.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
Qualifications
Required
- 3 years of retail sales experience.
- 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work weekends and holiday retail schedules.
Preferred
- Fine jewelry or luxury retail experience.
- Experience selling engagement rings, diamonds, or luxury watches.
- Knowledge of inventory systems.
- Experience with customer follow-up programs.
