Key Responsibilities:

The Manufacturing Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality and safety standards. This role performs inspections and measurements on materials and finished goods, identifies nonconformities, and communicates findings to production and quality leadership. The Quality Inspector works closely with production teams to ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

· Perform in-process, first article, and final inspections of materials, components, and finished products.

· Use measurement tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, scales) to verify product dimensions and tolerances.

· Review production documentation and verify compliance with specifications, drawings, and quality standards.

· Record inspection results accurately in quality logs, databases, or reporting systems.

· Identify, document, and report nonconformities or defects; assist with root cause analysis when required.

· Verify that corrective actions have been implemented effectively.

· Collaborate with production staff to ensure quality issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

· Participate in audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and quality training as needed.

Qualifications:

· Prior experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, or a related field preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies.

· Familiarity with measurement tools, inspection methods, and quality standards (GMP, etc.).

· Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry, ERP systems).

· Effective communication and teamwork skills.

· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
