- You set your own schedule (coordinate with our Assisted Living Coordinator)

- Compassionate and patient—a desire to work with elderly clients is a must
- Active Cosmetology License in the state of Minnesota
- Active Homebound Service Permit (we can guide you through the simple process)
- Liability insurance
- Barbering License is a plus, but not required
