Location: Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care – Little Falls, MN

Primary Responsibilities:
- Toileting and Bathing
- Dressing and Grooming
- Feeding Assistance
- Management of Dementia related behaviors
- Transfer and Mobility Assistance (including use of mechanical lifts)
- Medication administration and Treatments
- End of Life Cares
Other Responsibilities Include:
- Meal Preparation
- Activities
- Daily Housekeeping and Laundry

What You Bring
- MUST PASS a DHS background Study
- Being able to complete these tasks while providing a supportive and dignified environment in which our aging population can thrive.
- Applicants over the age of 18 are not required to be CNAs. However, individuals under the age of 18 must hold a CNA certification to be eligible

Schedule & Compensation
Shifts: Flexible shifts, including 6:30AM - 2:30 PM, with rotating weekends.
- Wages: Up to $18.50/hour based on experience, includes shift differential

- Up to $400 bonus ( $100 bonus when you reach 160, 320, 480, 640 hours worked)
