Job Description: Resident Assistant (RA)
Location: Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care – Park Rapids, MN

Primary Responsibilities:
- Toileting and Bathing
- Dressing and Grooming
- Feeding Assistance
- Management of Dementia related behaviors
- Transfer and Mobility Assistance (including use of mechanical lifts)
- Medication administration and Treatments
- End of Life Cares
Other Responsibilities Include:
- Meal Preparation
- Activities
- Daily Housekeeping and Laundry

What You Bring
- MUST PASS a DHS background Study
- Being able to complete these tasks while providing a supportive and dignified environment in which our aging population can thrive.
- All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration. Exception: Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulation.

Schedule & Compensation
