What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Coordinator position at Diamond Vogel?
Old Masters, a division of Diamond Vogel, is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our CCS sales team and help create a smooth, positive experience for both new and existing customers. This position plays an important role in coordinating new customer onboarding, tracking orders and shipments, and providing administrative and customer service support to the sales team.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while communicating with internal teams, sales partners, and customers.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate new customer setup including display design, pricing, shipping arrangements, and order tracking
- Work closely with Sales Managers and agencies to manage product trade-outs and gather store setup details
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery for new store openings
- Assist with incoming calls and product-related requests such as SDS sheets, tint formulas, literature, and dealer lookups
- Support order entry and assist with resolving pricing or dating inquiries
- Assist with data entry including regulatory specifications, product information, and pricing updates
- Manage literature requests and support miscellaneous administrative projects
- Coordinate national and regional distributor shows by completing paperwork, tracking deadlines, and preparing booth materials
- Work with Accounting to process show payments and related expenses
- Maintain inventory of show materials and coordinate logistics for multiple events
- Assist with maintaining sales materials, website updates, and other promotional efforts
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with basic computer systems and data entry
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving
