Job Description:
Are you a results-driven salesperson who knows how to close and wants to earn based on your performance?
Diamond Venue Doral is looking for an aggressive, growth-oriented sales professional with real experience selling event venues or banquet packages.
We offer event packages ranging from $4,500 to $15,000 (quinceañeras, weddings, baby showers, communions, adult parties, birthdays, and more) at a premium venue in Doral.
Compensation:
Base salary: $2,000 per month
Commission: 5% to 7% based on experience (uncapped)
Strong earning potential for consistent closers
Responsibilities:
Conduct venue tours and present packages
Close contracts and handle objections
Manage clients from the initial sale through the day of the event
Meet and exceed sales goals
Requirements:
Proven experience in event venue, banquet, or similar high-ticket sales
Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
Availability Tuesday through Sunday (approximate shifts 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm)
Strong closing skills and a hunger for growth
