What are the responsibilities and job description for the JOB SITE SECURITY (UNARMED) position at Diamond Touch Security?
Diamond Touch Security is currently seeking experienced Unarmed Security Officers with a valid/current New York Security Guard Card. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing ingress/egress points, access control, area patrols, serving as a physical deterrent, observing and reporting, monitoring assigned areas, and ensuring the area is free from suspicious activity.

– Shifts Times:
- 5pm-10pm
– Dress: All black tactical security uniform
– Status: Unarmed
– Location: Bronx NY
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have an unexpired NY security guard card.
- Must have 8hr/16hr certifications.
- Must be able to work outdoors/indoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be able to work a standing/walking post or assigned area.
- Must have a well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the safety and security of assigned client property and site location.
- Intervene with loiterers, unauthorized personnel, and those not adhering to community guidelines.
- Manage ingress/egress points.
- Intervene with person(s) engaging in suspicious or criminal acts.
- Monitor premises/area to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
- Proactively patrol assigned area(s) while being a visible deterrent.
- Warn violators of premise rules and regulations.
- Community relations.
- Customer service.
