Job Title: Remote Solar Appointment Setter
Location: Remote
Schedule: 35 hours/week. Working hours must fall between 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST

About the Role
We are a U.S.-based solar and energy efficiency company looking for motivated Appointment Setters to join our remote team. Your main goal will be to book free energy assessments with homeowners in the United States using a proven script and structured process.
If you enjoy talking to people, are great at handling objections, and know how to influence others while staying respectful and professional, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to U.S. homeowners to introduce our solar and energy savings programs.
- Follow a clear, step-by-step script to qualify homeowners for a free energy assessment.
- Ask key qualifying questions and accurately capture information in our CRM.
- Overcome objections with confidence while staying polite, calm, and professional.
- Clearly explain the benefits of a free energy assessment (no obligation, education-focused).
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for set and confirmed appointments.
- Collaborate with team leaders to continually improve your closing and communication skills.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – must be able to communicate clearly with U.S. homeowners.
- Minimum 30 hours per week
- Previous experience in call centers, sales, or appointment setting is a plus (solar experience is a big bonus, but not required).
- Strong problem-solving skills: You can think fast when a conversation doesn’t go as planned.
- Persistent but respectful: you don’t take “no” at the first objection, but you always remain courteous and professional.
- Comfortable following a script while also sounding natural and conversational.
- Reliable internet connection, a quiet place to work, and a headset.
