As a District Manager, you will have the responsibility of overseeing the people, processes, and operations to drive excellence in day-to-day operations in your assigned stores. This person must have proven experience to turn around low-performing restaurants.You will be responsible for the hiring, training, and motivating of Restaurant Managers, Shift Managers, and Restaurant Teams. You will directly support Restaurant Managers, plan and set goals while focusing on in-store problem-solving and process improvement while holding Restaurant Managers accountable to brand standards.District Managers are organized, open-minded, self-starters, creative, and with extroverted personalities that give direction well and have a track record of consistently exceeding the guest's expectations. They demonstrate a growth mindset that can seize every new opportunity to get the job done more effectively and efficiently.
