Primary Responsibilities
Diamond Ridge Development Corporation is looking for a Rest Area Attendant for the I-17 Sunset Point Rest Area. We're looking for individuals in the surrounding areas of Black Canyon City, AZ , New River, AZ, Cordes Lakes AZ, Meyer AZ, Dewey AZ to support the Sunset Rest Area, for purposes of the commute, while any qualified candidate is welcome to apply. Responsible for completing the day-to-day custodial/grounds keeping work at the assigned location and establishing and maintaining productive working relationships with the customer, all employees and visitors.

Required Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation
- 2 Forms of ID (Driver's License, Social security card, ID card, Passport, etc.)
- Speak, read and understand English
- Janitorial experience a plus
- Repetitive pushing, pulling, stretching, reaching, kneeling, stooping and bending
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds minimum
- Ability to do minor plumbing repairs
- Must be able to work around moving mechanical parts, traffic conditions, and outdoor conditions.
