Superintendent Custom Division

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Superintendent for Custom Residential Division to oversee all the projects within our Custom Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing custom Architectural detail and interior trim projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the installation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Custom Division, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Coordinate and supervise installs, including project managers, technicians, and laborers.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and quality.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to meet project specifications and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Manage resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during project execution.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in a Custom Residential Division
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of custom manufacturing or construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a superintendent or supervisory role within a custom manufacturing or construction division.
