We're growing and looking for enthusiastic new team members to join the team.
Diamond PR, a leader in the travel and tourism PR space, is hiring for a Senior Account Executive to jump in and hit the ground running with client management and media interface. Looking for someone with 3 years in travel PR with extensive media relations experience who is ready for their next challenge to grow in a new environment.
This position is well connected with the media, is a strategist, has perfected the art of personalization, can train, guide and support team members, has excellent client interface abilities and can communicate clearly, in a positive tone. Established understanding and experience in travel PR is important.
We stress quality results for clients and subsequently keep our team member's account loads manageable in order to do so. We focus on fostering growth and developing team members for long term careers with Diamond PR.
Things we’re looking for the ideal candidate to be able to do:
• Manage and execute PR efforts for up to five travel clients and account for monthly results
• Develop new and maintain ongoing relationships with top tier media and influencers
• Stay current on trends and a changing media landscape as well as the travel industry
• Anticipate client needs and deliver on them
• Develop tailored, strategic PR plans
• Craft pitches that are creative and thoughtful
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and in the art of multi-tasking
• Fill & host press trips (i.e. travel!)
• Passionately represent agency at client meetings
• Get excited about change, new ideas and fresh approaches. And bring that to the table
• Have and develop strong influencer relationships, with an understanding for analytical evaluation and a knack for deliverable negotiation
• Attend industry conferences and shows and share learnings to DPR team
• Present clearly and effectively
