About the Role
As a Corporate Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and prospective clients at one of Stamford’s premier office buildings. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth tenant experiences, assisting with move-ins and events, and providing excellent customer service. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and enjoys engaging with people.
What You’ll Do
- Greet tenants and visitors professionally, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Support office tenant move-ins and move-outs by providing onboarding materials and coordinating logistics.
- Conduct tours for prospective members and assist in transitioning new tenants.
- Organize and coordinate tenant meetings, social gatherings, and building-wide events.
- Conduct morning walkthroughs to identify issues and escalate as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for tenant inquiries and ensure timely responses.
- Monitor building access, enforce security protocols, and manage key distribution.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as mail distribution, package handling, and data entry.
- Maintain accurate records related to tenant services and building operations.
- Ensure compliance with emergency action plans and create incident reports when necessary.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, property management, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of local businesses and attractions is a plus.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events or move-ins.
