Diamond Prep Baseball is expanding and is seeking passionate, motivated Head Baseball Coaches to lead our 11U–13U academy teams.

This is an opportunity for coaches who are serious about player development and want to be part of a growing national organization. Whether you already have a team or are looking to build one, Diamond Prep provides the support and resources to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Lead practices, games, and player development

• Create a positive, disciplined, and competitive team culture

• Communicate effectively with players and parents

• Mentor athletes both on and off the field

• Represent Diamond Prep Baseball with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

• Previous baseball playing and/or coaching experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Passion for teaching and developing young athletes

• Organized, dependable, and committed to excellence

• Desire to grow with a nationally expanding baseball organization

Pay: $500.00 - $2,000.00 per month
