Lead Power Washing Technician

Diamond Power Washers is hiring an experienced Lead Power Washing Technician, offering competitive pay of up to $35 per hour, based on experience, leadership ability, and ability to run jobs independently.

This position is for someone who already has hands-on power washing and/or soft washing experience. We are looking for a dependable lead technician who can help run jobs, lead helpers, operate equipment safely, communicate professionally with customers, and make sure each project is completed to Diamond Power Washers’ standards.

Your Role:

Lead residential and commercial power washing jobs.

Perform power washing and soft washing services on houses, concrete, decks, fences, roofs, buildings, and other exterior surfaces.

Operate and maintain power washing equipment, soft wash systems, surface cleaners, hoses, reels, pumps, and related tools.

Safely apply cleaning solutions according to company procedures.

Lead helpers on the job site and make sure work is completed properly and efficiently.

Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after jobs when needed.

Take before and after photos and report job notes or concerns.

Inspect completed work to make sure it meets company standards.

Keep trucks, trailers, equipment, and job sites clean and organized.

Represent Diamond Power Washers professionally at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous power washing, soft washing, or exterior cleaning experience is required.

Ability to run or help lead jobs independently.

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

Good communication skills with customers and team members.

Attention to detail and pride in quality work.

Physical stamina for outdoor work.

Ability to lift equipment, pull hoses, and work on your feet throughout the day.

Valid driver’s license required.

Reliable transportation required.

Experience driving trucks or towing trailers is preferred.
