Mechanical Construction Project Manager | HVAC, Piping & Plumbing

We’re partnered with a well-established mechanical contractor supporting commercial and industrial projects throughout the region. They’re adding a Project Manager to lead mechanical scopes from preconstruction through closeout on technically complex work.

This role is ideal for a PM who comes from a true mechanical construction background and is comfortable managing HVAC, piping, and plumbing projects with multiple stakeholders and tight schedules.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage mechanical construction projects from award through closeout
• Oversee HVAC, piping, and plumbing scopes on commercial and industrial jobs
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and GC partners
• Manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and cost forecasting
• Lead submittals, RFIs, buyout, and material procurement
• Support project execution with strong field awareness and communication
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Construction Project Manager
• Strong background in HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems
• Experience delivering projects $2M in value
• Exposure to commercial and/or industrial environments
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Mechanical contractor experience (not facilities or service-only roles)
