Pre-Make Ready Operator - 2nd Shift
Diamond Packaging, a global leader specializing in developing innovative and sustainable packaging solutions, is currently recruiting for a full time Pre-Make Ready Operator to join our Team.

Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Die Cutting Operator or comparable training.
- Must have a high school diploma, G.E.D, or equivalent.
- Must have basic computer skills – computer inputs.
- Good organizational skills.
- Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs.
- Must be able to stand for a continuous 8 hour period.
- Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, job tickets, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
- Must be able to perform basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
- Must be able to read a tape measure.
- Must be good with tools and handheld power tools (drills, jig saw, router).
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
Responsibilities:
Pre Make Ready Operator competently makes mechanical adjustments, sets up equipment, and prepares die cutting materials according to the job ticket and die bag specifications. Make ready, maintain and operate die making equipment at the required production speeds while controlling quality, waste, safety, and housekeeping standards
2nd Shift - 3:00pm - 11:00pm
Salary : $22 - $30
