Responsibilities
- Job site prep, cleanup, demo, and material handling
- Carpentry, framing, tiling, plumbing, and finish work (based on skill level)
- Follow lead direction; step into leadership if capable
- Maintain tools, safety, and jobsite order
- Communicate clearly to hit schedules and quality standards
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation & punctual
- Able to lift, carry, & work physically
- Must have your own set of tools
- Valid ID; background/drug screen if required
- Strong work ethic & coachable attitude
- Experience required. Skills testing at the interview.
