Responsibilities – Service Advisor:
- Advise customers about necessary services and routine maintenance
- Obtain vehicle information, give customer accurate written cost of maintenance/repairs
- Open and close repair tickets
- Schedule maintenance appointments
- Communicate with customer to let them know when work is complete
- Review repair orders to ensure accuracy
- Communicate with Service Technicians
Qualifications/Requirements – Service Advisor:
- Experience preferred
- Positive attitude and works well in a team environment
- Sales and/or Customer service Experience
- Knowledge of Powersports mechanical operation
- Good multitasking and organizational skills
- Valid Driver’s License – Motorcycle endorsement is a plus!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
