In this essential role, you will:
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to a caseload of 15 20 clients,
- Perform assessments and implement evidence-based treatment plans,
- Delivery of services in homes, schools, centers, and public locations,
- Collaborate with LCSW supervisors and other care team members, and
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation, including timely therapy notes.
To be successful in this position, you must possess:
- An active LMFT license in California State,
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in family or systems-based therapy,
- The ability to pass a criminal background check, and
- Excellent clinical and strong documentation skills, including timely and accurate therapy notes.
