Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are dusted, sanitized, and free of debris.
- Execute floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming as needed.
- Conduct janitorial and custodial tasks to maintain cleanliness in commercial facilities.
- Assist with industrial cleaning projects as required, adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide maintenance support by identifying and reporting any issues with facilities or equipment.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial, or custodial roles is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning standards and practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to perform buffing and other specialized cleaning tasks.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Able to communicate clearly with team members; Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome, and English-Spanish bilingual ability is a plus but not required.
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
· Reliable transportation to the work location.
