Diamond Materials is seeking dependable, experienced and hard-working Construction Superintendent to join our team in Delaware.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years Managing Construction Crews
- Experience with commercial construction related to site work, concrete, paving
- A valid driver’s license
- Must pass initial and random drug tests
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Communicate daily tasks and goals to Foremen and ensure project targets are met
- Responsible for managing Foremen, assigning duties and overseeing daily activity
- Communicates with project managers to review schedules, specifications and priorities to meet goals and deadlines
- Experience operating heavy equipment a plus
- Excellent Interpersonal and supervisory skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload and projects
- Attention to detail – able to keep detailed time and material records
