- Proven experience in production or operations leadership, ideally in a job-shop, custom build, or industrial manufacturing environment.
- Track record of implementing processes, safety standards, and accountability systems.
- Skilled at balancing hands-on floor presence with strategic responsibilities.
- Strong leadership and change management abilities, with a collaborative and coaching style.
- Experience with welding or fabrication environments is highly preferred, though not required.
