Community Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our community associations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in community management and customer service, ensuring a positive living experience for all residents. This role requires effective communication, conflict management skills, and a comprehensive understanding of Homeowner Association and Condominium Association laws and regulations.

Duties

• Manage all aspects of community operations, contractor oversight, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Ensure compliance with bylaws and other legal requirements.
• Utilize community management software, Microsoft word and excel, PDF, filing, and customer relationship management.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure home and maintenance standards are met.
• Handle resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Facilitate contractor agreements
• Maintain accurate records of community interactions and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors for facilities management and property maintenance services.

Skills

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage conflicts effectively.
• Experience in legal administration related to community management is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with residents.
• Familiarity with community or property management practices and administrative experience in a community or real estate setting.
• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining organized filing systems.
• Knowledge of facilities management principles is a plus.
