Responsibilities:
- Interior and exterior painting
- Surface preparation, including sanding, patching, caulking, and priming
- Rolling, brushing, and spraying
- Protecting floors, furniture, and fixtures
- Keeping job sites clean and organized
- Following instructions and completing work efficiently
- Working as part of a team to meet project deadlines
- Maintaining high-quality workmanship
Requirements:
- Painting experience preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Able to follow directions
- Must have reliable transportation to job sites
- Must be comfortable working on ladders and performing physical work
