Cabinet Installer - Finish Carpenter - $100K Potential

Diamond Kitchen and Bath is the leading cabinet and countertop retailer in Maricopa County We are currently hiring for a cabinet installer / finish carpenter position in Maricopa County.

Position Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled finish carpenter who is currently installing kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, however if you are a hard worker, good with your hands, and looking for a career you may be a great fit. Our cabinet installation crews are required to show up on time and complete installations of wood face frame cabinetry and molding. Our installers typically work as a 1-man crew and work under our contractor license as full-time employees. Our average installer makes roughly $90,000/year and our top installers make over $100,000/year. We pay on a point scale per piece installed.

Qualifications:

1) Have most tools needed for installing kitchen and bathroom wood face frame cabinetry and molding.

2) Preferably have a minimum of 2 years experience installing kitchen and bathroom cabinetry.

3) Must be able to read computer drafted kitchen and bath floor plans with standard modular cabinetry nomenclature

4) Must be able to communicate with Install and Service Supervisor about install requirements on certain jobs as well as service parts

6) Must have clean appearance, clean manners and be able to communicate with homeowners

Job Duties:

1) Show up to job site on time to complete the day's job

2) Read floor plans and complete installation from the plan

3) Clean up job site after completing installation

4) Communicate with service manager about warranty parts needed
