Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable Dog Bather to support our grooming team and help keep our dogs clean, comfortable, and happy. This role is hands-on and fast paced. If you enjoy working with dogs and don’t mind getting wet, this may be a great fit.
Responsibilities:
- Bathe dogs of all sizes and breeds
- Brush coats, remove loose hair, and towel or blow dry
- Clean ears, trim nails, and perform basic prep work
- Safely handle dogs and monitor behavior during bathing
- Clean and sanitize tubs, tools, and work areas
- Assist groomers as needed
- Maintain a calm and caring environment for pets
Qualifications:
- Must be comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and safety
- Previous experience with dogs is a plus, but not required
- Willing to learn grooming techniques and kennel procedures
Schedule Requirements:
- Must be available for weekdays, weekends, and some holidays
- Flexible scheduling preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $13.00 per hour
