The Impact You'll Make
As our Handyman, you’ll be the go-to problem solver — the person everyone counts on when something needs fixing, improving, or installing. Your work will directly impact the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of our customers and team members.
What You'll Do
- Perform all work in an approved and safe manner. Including, but not limited to general repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues ranging from leaky faucets to faulty door locks.
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks to avoid costly repairs down the road.
- Assemble furniture, install fixtures, paint and handle small renovation projects.
- Seasonal tasks include grounds upkeep (mowing, weeding) and snow plowing.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician.
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs.
- Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools safely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
