POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Laborer to join our field crew. You'll be doing real, hands-on work outdoors, on the ground, making properties look great and keeping them maintained year-round. If you're someone who works hard and takes pride in a job well done, we want to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
- Spring and fall property cleanups
- Leaf removal and debris hauling
- Snow plowing and shoveling
- Property cleanouts (interior and exterior)
- General property maintenance and minor home repairs
- Property preservation tasks

REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to perform physical outdoor labor in all weather conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or labor a plus — will train the right candidate
- Must be located in or near New Haven County, CT
