Diamond Head Windows & Doors has been serving Oʻahu for 30 years and is Hawaiʻi’s largest locally owned window and door replacement company. We specialize in high-quality products designed for the Hawaiian climate and are continuing to grow our installation operations across the island.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Window & Door Installation Manager to lead our field installation operations across Oʻahu.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage crews, coordinate schedules, maintain quality standards, and keep projects moving efficiently. You'll spend most of your time in the field visiting job sites, supporting installation teams, reviewing measurements, and ensuring work is completed correctly.

You'll work closely with our Director of Operations to improve production, support our installation crews, resolve job-site issues, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

We're looking for a strong leader first. Experience in windows and doors is valuable, but we also welcome candidates with relevant experience in construction, remodeling, home improvement, or other field-based operations.

What You'll Do

• Oversee installation crews and job sites throughout Oʻahu.
• Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Coordinate weekly installation schedules and specification appointments.
• Review measurements, product specifications, and job details before orders are placed.
• Conduct quality-control inspections and manage punch-list items.
• Identify installation issues and coordinate solutions with crews, customers, and the operations team.
• Maintain accurate schedules, job records, and follow-ups.
• Build strong working relationships with installers, customers, and internal teams.
• Visit multiple job sites throughout the workday to monitor progress and resolve problems.
• Provide hands-on assistance with installations, including helping set windows, when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling, workflow, productivity, and overall installation quality.

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience supervising employees, leading teams, or managing field operations.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and accountability.
• Attention to detail, including the ability to review measurements and job specifications accurately.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and independently organize your workweek.
• Comfort using scheduling software, job-management systems, or similar tools.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work primarily in the field and travel between job sites throughout Oʻahu.
• Willingness to assist with physical installation work when needed.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with window and door installation or replacement.
• Experience supervising installation crews or construction teams.
• Background in residential construction, remodeling, or home improvement.
• Experience with garage doors, building materials, or related trades.
• Experience conducting job-site inspections, reviewing measurements, and coordinating materials.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time position.
• Approximately 45 hours per week.
• Some Saturdays required.
• $80,000 annual base salary.
• Eligible for an annual bonus.
• Company vehicle provided.
• Primarily field-based position covering Oʻahu.
• Based in Aiea, Hawaii.
