We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Associate to drive membership growth and deliver an exceptional first impression to every guest. This role is responsible for converting leads into members, creating a strong studio community, and owning the full sales process from first contact to close.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new membership sales through calls, texts, in-person tours, and follow-ups
- Convert leads into booked intro sessions and memberships
- Deliver high-energy studio tours and consultations that build value and urgency
- Follow up with all prospects, missed intros, and past leads daily
- Execute outreach efforts (calls, texts, social, grassroots) to generate new business
- Maintain accurate tracking of leads, appointments, and sales activity in CRM
- Hit and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Support studio operations including front desk, member check-ins, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
- Build relationships with members to drive retention and referrals
Sales Expectations / KPIs
- Daily outreach (calls, texts, follow-ups)
- Lead-to-intro booking conversion targets
- Intro show rate closing percentage goals
- Monthly revenue and membership sales targets
- Consistent pipeline management and follow-up
Qualifications
- 1 year of sales experience (fitness, retail, or service industry preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable handling objections and asking for the sale
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends)
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others
