Job Summary
Join our team as a Service Helper, where you'll work closely with our Lead Driver to safely and efficiently assist in servicing units using company equipment. This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, safety-minded, and customer-focused. It requires a high level of autonomy, accountability, and a commitment to excellent service.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in providing various services at customer locations using company equipment
- Communicate effectively with customers, lead drivers, and dispatch
- Complete company records including routes, logs, and manifests
- Follow all company rules, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Operate controls and safety equipment (levers, switches, etc.)
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude to represent the company positively
- Complete all assigned work with accurate documentation
- Consistently meet safety, service, and productivity standards
- Uphold and model company Core Values: Service, Trust, Accountability, Respect, Safety (STARS)
Requirements & Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and climb for extended periods
- Ability to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, as needed
- Must obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) within 90 days of employment
- Must pass required physical exams and drug/alcohol screenings
- Flexible availability to meet customer and business demands
Job Type: Full-time
