Summary/Objective The role of the Power Installer is to safely and efficiently supervise and be the foreman in setting up electrical jobs. Role requires 2-10 years of experience in electrical theory, connection, and hands-on experience, in order to ensure a high-quality functionality at all times.

Essential Functions

1. General labor and project management in pole installation and power equipment operation

2. Meets with superintendent on jobsite before installation and makes all pertinent decisions

3. Delivery and set-up of power poles, lines & equipment

4. Driver of the power equipment vehicle (medium-duty truck)

5. Complete work orders and interface with customers at their sites

6. Load vehicle with all necessary equipment and materials to complete all work assigned for that day and that the load is correctly secured

7. Follow all established safety rules and regulations

8. Clean the vehicle and restock needed materials for future power installations

9. Ability to bend/stoop, climb, stand and sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

10. Follow all company rules, policies and procedures including promptly reporting for duty as scheduled

11. Avoid any activity that could adversely affect the company’s brand and image

12. Complete all assigned work and related record-keeping

13. Avoid generating internal or external complaints

14. Consistently meet all company standards for safety, service and productivity results

15. Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements & Physical Demands

Full time employees must be available weekends, holidays and all shifts based on customer & business needs

Requires prolonged sitting, standing and intermittent bending/squatting

Maintain a valid driver license
