Diamond Elite Maids is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company serving Columbia and surrounding communities. We are building a network of dependable, experienced independent cleaning professionals who want access to additional cleaning opportunities while maintaining their independence.

This is an independent contractor/subcontractor opportunity not a traditional employee position.

Diamond Elite Maids is looking for experienced independent cleaners and small cleaning businesses who are interested in accepting additional cleaning opportunities through our company.

You focus on providing excellent cleaning service. We handle the customer acquisition and booking side.

You remain an independent professional and can choose the opportunities that fit your service area and availability.

What You'll Do

• Complete residential and/or commercial cleaning assignments
• Perform cleaning services according to Diamond Elite Maids' service standards
• Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled assignments
• Communicate professionally with customers and Diamond Elite Maids
• Follow job instructions and cleaning checklists
• Maintain a professional appearance and respectful attitude
• Report any issues, damages, or concerns promptly
• Complete assigned jobs thoroughly and professionally

• Have professional residential or commercial cleaning experience

• Can work independently without constant supervision
• Have reliable transportation
• Have their own basic cleaning equipment and supplies
• Are comfortable using a smartphone for job communication and updates

Requirements

• Previous professional cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone with reliable communication
• Ability to independently complete assigned cleaning jobs
• Professional and dependable
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must be able to provide required documentation for independent contractor onboarding
• Must be willing to follow Diamond Elite Maids' service and quality standards

This opportunity is structured as an independent contractor/subcontractor relationship, not traditional employment.

Independent contractors are responsible for their own applicable taxes, insurance, business expenses, and other obligations associated with operating their independent business, as applicable.
