Duties

- Control inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs to maintain budgetary guidelines.
- Develop and implement catering services for special events while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

- Monitor food quality and presentation standards to ensure consistency across all offerings.
- Maintain records of food production, inventory, and employee performance for reporting purposes.
Experience
