Key ResponsibilitiesManage QuickBooks for accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, invoicing, and expense tracking.Handle Excel-based budget management, financial reporting, and construction cost analysis.Oversee construction accounting, contract preparation, vendor coordination, and related documentation.Assist with personal business management, such as scheduling, correspondence, and ad-hoc administrative support.Maintain organized records, perform virtual data management, and support real estate project documentation.
