Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and experienced Front Desk Patient Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a dental office setting and a strong commitment to exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional demeanor
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing questions
- Present and explain treatment plans in detail
- Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate patient flow and support clinical staff as needed
- Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure a clean and welcoming front office environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a dental office front-desk role
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes
- Proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
