Independent Referral Partner | Commission-Only
Diamond Cutters International is inviting a select group of Diamond Ambassadors to join an independent, referral-based program built for people who thrive on growing relationships and making the right introductions.
This is not a traditional sales role.
It’s an ambassador position for individuals who enjoy connecting others to exceptional outcomes—and want to be compensated meaningfully for doing so.

The Opportunity
As a Diamond Ambassador, you will:
• Introduce qualified prospective clients from your personal or professional network to DCI
• Serve as a trusted connector—not a salesperson
• Let DCI’s internal experts handle consultation, design, manufacturing, and the sale
• Earn commission on completed transactions that result from your referrals
Ambassadors operate independently and can participate alongside other professional or personal commitments.

How Referrals Work
• You make a warm introduction to DCI (simple email/text intro)
• We confirm the referral is registered
• Our team manages the full experience: consultation → design → manufacturing → delivery
• You earn commission when the transaction is completed

• Generous 15% commission on completed sales resulting from your introductions (no salary, draw, or benefits)
• No caps on earnings
• Commissions are paid on completed transactions only

• Ongoing coordination with senior leadership to build fluency and confidence over time
This is designed as a long-term relationship program, not a transactional referral arrangement.
